A selection of our current projects in progress at In*Situ.
coep - eastside regional rec center
In*Situ Architecture and the Dallas architects of Perkins+Will are working together on the El Paso Regional Recreation Center, a 92-acre park, part of the 2012 Quality of Life bond. The first phase of the project was accepted in May 2016, and will include a Natatorium with a 50-meter competition ready swimming pool, and cool-down pools. Additional designs for Phase I will include a gymnasium, community center and a pathway surrounding the park.

canyons at cimarron
In*Situ Architecture is working on a mixed-use shopping in Cimarron; a community located in Northwest El Paso on the foothills of the Franklin Mountains. There is about 92,000 SF of planned development space for offices, restaurants, and retail. The Canyons at Cimarron will have a combination of inline and freestanding buildings and will feature shaded seating. The landscape and building design will follow the style of the Southwest.

yisd - parkland middle school
In*Situ Architecture and WRA Architects recently began working on a major renovation and reconstruction of the existing Parkland Middle School for the Ysleta Independent School District as part of 2015 YISD Bond Program. The project consists of additions and renovations to the school. There will be approximately 61,286 SF of new construction. The new construction includes science labs, art classrooms, administration area, computer rooms, restrooms, and exterior facade improvements.

las cruces dental plaza
In*Situ Architecture is working on a Dental Plaza for Marcus Miner and three other dental practitioners. The design currently has five dental offices designed, with one of those five offices pending, and space for an additional office space. Each dental office has roughly 3000 SF, with a total of 1300 SF for the entire project. Each office had its equipment to be fitted and designed by In*Situ.
UTEP Interdisciplinary research building
The University of Texas at El Paso's new Interdisciplinary Research building will be a five-story 150,000 SF facility that In*Situ and Perkins + Will are collaborating on. The building will replace UTEP's old Barry Hall and Burges Hall, which were demolished last year to make way for this new campus gateway project. The Interdisciplinary Research Building will include new research facilities, doctorate research facilities, and classrooms.
rocketbuster boots - facade
In*Situ is working on a facade improvement for Rocketbuster Boots in El Paso. Rocketbuster is El Paso owned and proud of its El Paso roots, subsequently, the new facade will recall the old western El Paso look while embracing the history of Rocketbuster Boots. The facade will also have a new entrance canopy featuring a famous horse and rider figure from a Los Angelas western wear store.
