ARtspace El Paso Lofts
The City of El Paso pursued Artspace Projects to develop a new mixed-use residential complex to complement the growing urban arts community. A design team from ASA Architects, partnered with In*Situ Architects, and HHL Architects, created a unique and contemporary industrial design using simple corrugated and perforated metals. The project provides 51 apartments, a multipurpose space, a gallery, and six commercial spaces for creative businesses. This project received the 2017 AIA Merit Awards and the Gold Nugget Awards and achieved a LEED Silver certification for energy efficiency.
