CEnter of civic empowerment - BlUE FLAME BUILDING

As part of historic rehabilitation of the Blue Flame Building, the mechanical room on level 17 was redesigned to house the Center of Civic Empowerment. The Improvement consisted of three meeting rooms accounting for 6,958 SF, which can be opened up to create one large gathering space. In addition, a terrace space was created to provide a 270° view of the El Paso/Juarez area in a context of state of the art technology and security.

As part of the historic renovation, multiple improvements focused on better serving the building’s tenants were made, which included installing modern mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. All the improvements undertaken were carefully designed to satisfy the client’s requests and needs while retaining the integrity and historical values and elements of this significant building in downtown El Paso, which was once the Natural Gas Building.
