El Paso Chamber Offices
The design for the new offices of the El Paso Chamber of Commerce was part of overarching effort to rebrand the entity into the "El Paso Chamber." The transformative 5,945 square foot tenant improvement project was designed to inspire collaboration, foster growth, and nurture connections. Located on the sixth floor of the iconic Mills Building, this dynamic space offers a wide array of features tailored to meet the diverse needs of the employees in a collaborative hybrid work environment.
Step inside and discover a range of thoughtfully crafted areas. Upon arrival you are greeted first by a professional boardroom just beyond the reception desk, with a large table and comfortable seating for high-level meetings. The second room is equally impressive, featuring advanced audiovisual capabilities and a stage for engaging presentations, training sessions, and conferences. With the understanding that daylight fosters productivity, glass walls and doors are used to blur the lines between the collaborative workspaces while transmitting daylight deep into the interior of the office. Beyond providing a bright and spacious ambiance, the glazed walls maximize the perceived usable area of the office. Additionally, these glass features are designed to be sound proof, ensuring that employees can concentrate and focus on their work without distractions. Private offices provide a focused environment, while the open work area encourages collaboration. Huddle rooms facilitate brainstorming and small group discussions, while dedicated collaboration areas promote idea exchange. Employees can recharge and connect in the well-equipped kitchenette. Small conference rooms are available for intimate meetings, while two large conference rooms cater to impactful gatherings and board meetings. The design thoughtfully considered employee motivation, health, productivity, and cost during the development of this space. By seamlessly blending functionality, aesthetics, and advanced technology, In*Situ design team has created an environment where the El Paso Chamber can thrive, fostering productivity, creativity, and meaningful connections among its employees. |
