The new branch of Lapa Lapa Seafood & Drinks is located on the ground floor of the Blue Flame Building. In*Situ Architecture served as the architect of record for all the commercial tenant improvements being built out in the building.
The Lapa Lapa tenant improvement consists of 2,412 SF of restaurant space, including a kitchen and a storage area. The tenant improvements received modern mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems as part of the historic renovation. In addition to the Workforce Solution headquarters, historic rehabilitation of the Blue Flame Building—constructed in 1954—consists of a change of occupancy from office building to a mix-use structure comprises retail space in the ground level, 120 residential units from levels 2-13, and office spaces from levels 14-17. |
