THE SAVOY LOFTS

Formally the Savoy Hotel, this four-story historic building built in 1915 and located in downtown El Paso, was converted into 27 affordable loft living units. Each residential floor has one handicap-accessible suite. Located on the corner of N. Stanton and E. Overland, the project has maintained its existing commercial space at street level while developing nine units per floor in the upper stories. The project was completed and occupied in the summer of 2017.
