The Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Tigua Warehouse, located at 9120 Socorro Road, is a double-height single-story building of approximately 20,000 square feet. This new facility is designed By InSitu to receive and store consumer essentials, including dry and cold-storage foods, household goods, clothing, and other consumer products for the Tiguan Tribal community.
The project scope involves the construction of a distinctive Ysleta del Sur Pueblo style building with a total area of approximately 20,000 square feet. The one-story structure was constructed using tilt-up concrete panels with interior steel columns and open-web steel joists for roof structure. The warehouse is strategically divided into three interconnected sections, comprising warehouses and an office suite. This design enhances operational efficiency and versatility, offering a comprehensive solution to meet the diverse storage needs of the community. The design of the facility is intended to capture and reflect the cultural and architectural essence of the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo. |
